BRINE WARRANTY POLICY

TO MAKE A RETURN

Please complete the Returns Form to obtain an RA # for all returns that meet the below qualifications.

Note: If you purchased your Brine product from a Canadian retailer location, please go directly to the store to process your return. 

ALL returns MUST have an RA number prior to sending back any product. 

Contact Warrior Headquarters or your local sales rep if you have any questions regarding the Warrior warranty policy.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT-ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE AND OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON WARRIOR’S PART.  THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN SUBJECT TO ACCIDENT, NEGLIGENCE, ALTERATION, ABUSE, MISUSE, OR WHICH IS PROVEN NOT TO BE DEFECTIVE. THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES ANY LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.

WARP PRO PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

Every Warp Pro is backed by our risk-free Performance Guarantee.

If you aren't happy with your Warp Pro head within the first 30 days, send it back and we will exchange or refund your purchase. 

1. the Warp Pro head was purchased from an authorized Warrior Lacrosse dealer.
2. the customer retains proof of purchase from the original transaction (store receipt, credit card statement, etc.)
3. the head has not been gratuitously abused, altered (i.e. pinched), defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged
4. the Performance Guarantee was handled properly according to the Warp Performance process.

Warrior, upon receipt and approval of your Performance Guarantee, will exchange your head for a new whip or refund.

Intentional alterations to heads such as dying, melting, or bending will void the Warp Pro Performance Guarantee. 

Warp Pro Performance Guarantee policy covers a one time exception or refund on the original purchased item only.

Refund will be only for the cost of the head purchased. 

Applicable heads: Dynasty Warp Pro, Dynasty Warp Pro KO, Dynasty Warp Pro MID

HEAD WARRANTY

Brine Lacrosse warrants, to the original customer only, that its heads will be free from defects during normal use for 6 MONTHS from the date of original retail purchase provided: (see below)

• the head was purchased from an authorized Brine Lacrosse dealer
• the customer retains proof of purchase from the original transaction; (store receipt, etc.)
• the head has not been gratuitously abused, altered (i.e. pinched), defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged
• the return was handled properly according to the Brine return process listed below.

Brine, upon receipt and approval of your return, will send you an unstrung head of the same or comparable model.

Stringing components are not covered under warranty and must be replaced by the customer.

Intentional alterations to heads such as dying, melting, or bending will void the warranty on all Brine heads. 

Warranty policy covers a one time replacement on the original purchased item only.

HANDLE WARRANTY

TITANIUM , COMPOSITE, ALL ALLOY HANDLES (**EXCLUDES ALLOY 6065**) 

Brine Lacrosse warrants, to the original customer only, that handles will be free from defects including severe bends or breakage during normal use for 6 MONTHS from the date of original retail purchase provided given that:

• the handle was purchased from an authorized Brine Lacrosse dealer
• the customer retains proof of purchase from the original transaction; (store receipt, credit card statement, etc.)

• the handle has not been gratuitously abused, altered, defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged

• the return was handled properly according to the Brine return process listed below.

DINGS, DENTS, AND SCRATCHES MAY OCCUR DURING NORMAL USE AND ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.

**MEN'S & WOMEN'S ALUMINIUM 6000 HANDLES ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.** 

Warranty policy covers a one time replacement on the original purchased item only.

GLOVES, PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT & BAGS

Brine Lacrosse warrants, to the original customer only, that its equipment & bags will be free from defects (i.e. stitching, material flaws) during normal use for THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of original retail purchase provided:

• the item was purchased from an authorized Brine Lacrosse dealer
• the customer retains proof of purchase from the original transaction (store receipt, credit card statement, etc.)
• the item has not been gratuitously abused, altered, defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged
• the return was handled properly according to the Brine return process

Normal wear and tear can be expected and is not covered under warranty. 

Warranty policy covers a one time replacement on the original purchased item only.

GOGGLE WARRANTY

Brine Lacrosse warrants, to the original customer only, that its Goggles will be free from defects (i.e. cracks, welding, and other material flaws) during normal use for ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase provided:

• the item was purchased from an authorized Brine Lacrosse dealer
• the customer retains proof of purchase from the original transaction (store receipt, credit card statement, etc.)
• the item has not been gratuitously abused, altered, defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged
• the return was handled properly according to the Brine return process.

Normal wear and tear can be expected and is not covered under warranty.

Warranty policy covers a one time replacement on the original purchased item only.

* All repairs must be done by Brine - replacement parts are NOT available for resale * 
*Altering a helmet or applying paints, or solvents to a helmet or goggle will void the manufacturer’s warranty*

BACKYARD WARRANTY

Brine warrants, that all GOALS, LAXWALLS, 6MM nets, 4MM nets, & BACKSTOPS, will be free from defects during normal use for NINETY (90) DAYS.

Normal wear and tear can be expected and is not covered under warranty. 

Weather damages are not considered manufacturing defects.
Warranty policy covers a one time replacement on the original purchased item only

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT COVERED BY ANY WARRANTY POLICY:

• Promotional Items (camp giveaways, raffle items, etc)
• Aluminum 6000 Men's & Women's Handles
• Purchases made from anyone other than a Brine Authorized Retailer
• Brine reserves the right to replace any and all custom equipment with a comparable stock product
