TO MAKE A RETURN

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE AND OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON WARRIOR’S PART. THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN SUBJECT TO ACCIDENT, NEGLIGENCE, ALTERATION, ABUSE OR MISUSE OR WHICH IS PROVEN NOT TO BE DEFECTIVE. THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES ANY LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
WARP WARRANTY
Warrior Lacrosse warrants, to the original customer only, that its WARP HEAD will be free from defects during normal use for 60 DAYS from the date of original retail purchase provided: (see 1-4 below)
- the WARP head was purchased from an authorized Warrior Lacrosse dealer;
- the customer retains proof of purchase from the original transaction; (store receipt, etc.)
- the head has not been gratuitously abused, altered (i.e. pinched), defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged; and
- the return was handled properly according to the Warrior return process listed below.
WARP PRO PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
Every Warp Pro is backed by our risk-free Performance Guarantee.
If you aren't happy with your Warp Pro head within the first 30 days, send it back and we will exchange or refund your purchase.
- the WARP PRO head was purchased from an authorized Warrior Lacrosse dealer;
- the customer retains proof of purchase from the original transaction; (store receipt, etc.)
- the head has not been gratuitously abused, altered (i.e. pinched), defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged; and
- the return was handled properly according to the Warrior return process listed below.
Warrior, upon receipt and approval of your return, will send you an unstrung head of the same model.
Intentional alterations to heads such as dying, melting, or bending will void the warranty on all Warrior heads.
Warranty policy covers a one time replacement on the original purchased item only
Refund will only be for the cost of the head purchased.

HEAD WARRANTY
Warrior Lacrosse warrants, to the original customer only, that its heads will be free from defects during normal use for 60 DAYS from the date of original retail purchase provided: (see 1-4 below)
- the head was purchased from an authorized Warrior Lacrosse dealer;
- the customer retains proof of purchase from the original transaction; (store receipt, etc.)
- the head has not been gratuitously abused, altered (i.e. pinched), defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged; and
- the return was handled properly according to the Warrior return process listed below.
Warrior, upon receipt and approval of your return, will send you an unstrung head of the same model.
Stringing components are not covered under warranty and must be replaced by the customer.

HANDLE WARRANTY
TITANIUM, COMPOSITE, AND ALL ALLOYS WITH EXCEPTION OF 6000 SERIES:
Warrior Lacrosse warrants, to the original customer only, that theses handles will be free from defects including severe bends or breakage during normal use for 60 DAYS from the date of original retail purchase provided: (see 1-4 below)
- the handle was purchased from an authorized Warrior Lacrosse dealer;
- the customer retains proof of purchase from the original transaction; (store receipt, etc.)
- the handle has not been gratuitously abused, altered, defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged; and
- the return was handled properly according to the Warrior return process listed below.
DINGS, DENTS, AND SCRATCHES MAY OCCUR DURING NORMAL USE AND ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
**MEN'S & WOMEN'S ALUMINIUM 6000 HANDLES ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.**
Warranty policy covers a one time replacement on the original purchased item only
GLOVES, PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT & BAGS
Warrior Lacrosse warrants, to the original customer only, that its equipment & bags will be free from defects
(i.e. stitching, material flaws) during normal use for THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of original retail purchase provided:
- the item was purchased from an authorized Warrior Lacrosse dealer;
- the customer retains proof of purchase from the original transaction;
- the item has not been gratuitously abused, altered, defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged; and
- the return was handled properly according to the Warrior return process listed below.
Normal wear and tear can be expected and is not covered under warranty.
Warranty policy covers a one time replacement on the original purchased item only
REVISED WARRANTY: EVO PRO PROTECTIVE ONLY!
Warrior Lacrosse warrants, to the original customer only, that EVO PRO GLOVES, ARM PADS AND SHOULDER PADS will be free from defects (I.E. stiching, material, or mechanical flaws) during normal use for SIXTY (60) DAYS from the date of original retail purchase provided:

HELMET WARRANTY
Warrior Lacrosse warrants, to the original customer only, that its Helmets will be free from defects (i.e. cracks, welding, and other material flaws) during normal use for ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase provided:
- the item was purchased from an authorized Warrior Lacrosse dealer;
- the customer retains proof of purchase from the original transaction;
- the item has not been gratuitously abused, altered, defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged; and
- the return was handled properly according to the Warrior return process listed below.
*ALTERING A HELMET OR APPLYING PAINTS OR SOLVENTS WILL VOID THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
Normal wear and tear can be expected and is not covered under warranty.

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT COVERED BY ANY WARRANTY POLICY:
- Promotional items (camp giveaways, raffle items, etc)
- Aluminum 6000 Men's & Women's Handles
- 2.5mm & 3mm Goal Nets
- ALL Mini Sticks / Mini Goals / Mini Accessories
** WARRIOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REPLACE ANY AND ALL CUSTOM EQUIPMENT WITH A COMPARABLE STOCK PRODUCT
