Subject to the terms set forth herein, Warrior guarantees that you will be satisfied with your new Warrior Evo WARP Pro lacrosse head. If not satisfied, for any reason, you may obtain a refund of the purchase price, or exchange it for a new Warrior Evo WARP Pro lacrosse head.
IMPORTANT: To obtain the Evo WARP Pro Satisfaction Guarantee, you must provide (1) a valid sales receipt (showing a purchase of an Evo WARP Pro head during the program period) from an authorized dealer located in the U.S and (2) return the product to Warrior within 30days from the original purchase date. The Evo WARP Pro Satisfaction Guarantee is applicable only to individual, end-user purchasers for personal use. Bulk or multi-unit sales to teams or organizations do not qualify. Only one claim per person, per household shall be permitted.
Term: The Evo WARP Pro Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid for the Evo WARP Pro lacrosse heads purchased between the dates of May 23, 2017 and September 15, 2017 from an authorized dealer located in the U.S. Upon expiration of the program, or for any purchase of an Evo WARP Pro that fails to meet these program terms, Warrior’s standard 60 day warranty shall apply.
DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF REMEDIES
YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS EVO WARP PRO SATISFACTION GUARANTEE PROGRAM SHALL BE YOUR CHOICE OF EITHER A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE WARP PRO HEAD OR A NEW WARP PRO HEAD OF EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE WHICH YOU WILL RECEIVE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE LAST TO OCCUR OF (i) RECEIPT BY WARRIOR OF A SIGNED CLAIM FORM AND VALID SALES RECEIPT, (ii) ACCEPTANCE OF THE CLAIM BY WARRIOR, (iii) RECEIPT BY WARRIOR OF YOUR SELECTION OF THE REMEDY (i.e. REFUND OR NEW WARP PRO), AND (iv) RECEIPT BY WARRIOR OF THE EVO WARP PRO WITH WHICH YOU ARE DISSATISFIED. WARRIOR DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. WARRIOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND FOR ANY REASON.
Processing: Return of the Evo WARP Pro head under this program shall be sent to Warrior Sports at 32125 Hollingsworth, Warren, MI 48092, and postage or shipping charges shall be at the customer’s expense. If customer selects a new WARP Pro head, rather than a refund, Warrior may provide that new head to the local dealer from whom customer purchased the Evo WARP Pro, for pick-up by customer at the local dealer, or may ship the new head in satisfaction of this program directly to customer at the address provided, in either case at Warrior’s expense. Replacement products will be sent without a box. If customer selects a refund of the purchase price, Warrior will mail such refund to the address provided by customer at Warrior’s expense; the refund does not include a refund of any sales tax or of any shipping or delivery charges.
