Subject to the terms set forth herein, Warrior guarantees that you will be satisfied with your purchase of any new Warrior WARP Pro lacrosse head product, consisting of the Evo WARP Pro, the Regular Max WARP Pro, the Burn WARP Pro, the Dynasty WARP Pro, or Evo QX Warp Pro (each, a "WARP Pro Product"). If not satisfied, for any reason, you may obtain a refund of the purchase price, or exchange it for a new Warrior WARP Pro lacrosse head of equal or lesser value.
IMPORTANT: To obtain the WARP Pro Products Satisfaction Guarantee, you must provide (1) a valid sales receipt (showing a purchase of a WARP Pro Product during the program period) from an authorized dealer located in the U.S., and (2) the signed certificate below. The WARP Pro Product Satisfaction Guarantee is applicable only to individual, end-user purchasers for personal use. Bulk or multi-unit sales to teams or organizations do not qualify. Only one claim per household shall be permitted.
Term: The WARP Pro Product Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid for WARP Pro Products purchased between the dates of October 8, 2018 and June 30, 2021 from an authorized dealer located in the U.S. Upon expiration of the program, or for any purchase of a WARP Pro Product that fails to meet these program terms, Warrior’s standard 30 day warranty shall apply.
DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF REMEDIES
YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRIOR WARP PRO PRODUCT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE PROGRAM SHALL BE YOUR CHOICE OF EITHER A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE WARP PRO HEAD OR A NEW WARP PRO HEAD OF EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE WHICH YOU WILL RECEIVE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE LAST TO OCCUR OF (i) RECEIPT BY WARRIOR OF A SIGNED CLAIM FORM AND VALID SALES RECEIPT, (ii) ACCEPTANCE OF THE CLAIM BY WARRIOR, (iii) RECEIPT BY WARRIOR OF YOUR SELECTION OF THE REMEDY (i.e. REFUND OR NEW WARP PRO PRODUCT), AND (iv) RECEIPT BY WARRIOR OF THE WARP PRO PRODUCT WITH WHICH YOU ARE DISSATISFIED. WARRIOR DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. WARRIOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND FOR ANY REASON.
Processing: Return of the WARP Pro Product under this program, along with the fully completed and signed claim form, shall be sent to Warrior Sports at 32125 Hollingsworth, Warren, MI 48092, and postage or shipping charges shall be at the customer’s expense. If customer selects a new WARP Pro Product, rather than a refund, Warrior may provide that new head to the local dealer from whom customer purchased the original WARP Pro Product, for pick-up by customer at the local dealer, or may ship the new head in satisfaction of this program directly to customer at the address provided, in either case at Warrior’s expense. Replacement products will be sent without a box. If customer selects a refund of the purchase price, Warrior will mail such refund to the address provided by customer at Warrior’s expense; the refund does not include a refund of any sales tax or of any shipping or delivery charges.
